SCRAP YARD
SCRAP
Incoming scrap is analyzed for chemical composition during unloading of truck. The unloaded scrap is then segregated for unwanted material like cost iron, non-metallic, non-ferrous etc. The selected scrap is then transferred to the induction furnace for melting.
MELTING
STEEL MELTING FURNACE
Steel rebar production is initiated by charging the scrap used as raw material into the steel melting induction furnace. The charged raw materials are turned into liquid steel by being melted down in the furnace. The steel in the liquid state is then monitored to achieve required Chemical composition and the necessary alloying procedures are completed in here to obtain the targeted quality.
CCM
CONTINUOUS CASTING MACHINE (CCM)
The liquid steel is transferred to the continuous casting machines and turned into steel billet (semi-finished goods) in required sizes. Upon assessment of the quality control analyses, steel billet are approved and delivered to the rolling mills.
BILLETS
BILLETS FINISHING SHAPE
All steel products are produce by our own steel melting plant. Which has capacity to produce 300 tons billet on 24-hour basis. We make billets of different sizes. The sizes are 75mm, 100mm, 125mm 150mm.

ROLLING
Re Rolling
We roll steel bars grade 60 conforming to ASTM A615 (American Standard for Testing and Materials) in sizes ranging from 10mm to 32mm in standard 12 meter lengths. We also roll specific lengths in these sizes on order. These bars are rolled from our own manufactured steel billets and quality assured for consistency & reliability.
STEEL BARS
Atmospheric Cooling
it takes place on the cooling bed where the austenitic core is transformed into a ductile ferrite-pearlite structure. Thus the final structure consists of an optimum combination of a strong outer layer (tempered martensite) with a ductile core (ferrite-pearlite). This gives its unique combination of higher strength and ductility.
Deformed Steel Bars
Rib patterns on the re bars surface provide quality bonding with cement only when They are produced through CNC machine rolls. This ensures uniform rib pattern for 100% of the re bars which allows uniformly strong bonding with concrete for the whole structure.
QUALITY CONTROL
QUALITY POLICY
To produce complying with the National and International product and quality standards, to achieve the main target of ensuring customer and development, by working in collaboration during all the activities. Rigorous testing takes place throughout the steelmaking and rolling processes to ensure that quality standards are maintained. During steelmaking, A series of sample is taking for testing in Madina Steel’s advanced laboratories, where the latest analytical equipment and techniques are used to verify each heat’s precise chemical composition. The test result are fed immediately back to the plant, so that sensitive adjustments can be made to correct steel composition where necessary. The company’s well-equipped laboratories also conduct exacting mechanical tests on sample of the finished product, guaranteeing their compliance with relevant standards. A final quality check is conduct in the dispatch yard before the product is shipped to customers. No approval is given for any product delivery without the completion of all the necessary control procedures by the Madina steel nominated laboratories pursuant to the standards on chemical and physical matters.
QUALITY OBJECTIVES
The Important Quality Objectives Of The Organization Are:
- To ensure 100% satisfaction of the customer by quality product with the attentive, effective and proactive service.
- To achieve excellence in operational efficiency by continual improvement.
- To ensure any where, any size and any delivery of our product.
- To ensure effectiveness of QMS through our qualified engineers.
Our Client
RE HEATING
REHEATING PROCESS
Steel billet is charged into the re-heating furnace to obtain the required rolling temperature prior to its delivery to the rolling stand
ROLLING
RE-ROLLING MILL PROCESS
The Rolling Mill equipped with computerized controlled process monitoring devices ensure uniform rolling throughout the bar length. Heating process is a part of the procedure for aquiring the required mechanical properties. After rolling material moves to a state of art automatic cooling bed for uniform atmospheric cooling the bars are into the required lengths automatically for the completion of mechanical and chemical laboratory tests and then packed in bundles for dispatch.
